I’m a creative & digital strategist who helps organizations design narrative platforms that connect with real people and deliver real results.
My work sits at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and systems — not just making content, but shaping how content, technology, and audience behavior come together to support meaningful outcomes.
A career shaped by outcomes—
not outputs
For nearly a decade, I led digital media and engagement strategy for a 10,000-member organization in Southern California. When I joined, all giving was done in person — cash, checks, or paper slips — and digital channels were actively resisted.
I built the organization’s entire digital strategy and infrastructure: the website, mobile app, streaming platforms, text-to-give, media distribution, and content workflows. Within one year, 40% of total donations were happening online, and digital giving became the organization’s primary engagement engine.
This shift not only changed how people connected and supported the work, it funded campaigns that enabled community projects like a Tiny Homes transitional housing initiative.
That experience taught me something essential:
Strategy isn’t just a theory, it’s what changes behavior and delivers results.
Enterprise & brand strategy work
My recent work extends that mindset to enterprise and B2B environments. I partner with marketing leaders to translate complex products, services, and organizational goals into clear, human-centered narratives across:
video
podcasts
digital platforms
social ecosystems
Organizations I’ve worked with include Securitas, Jabra, LG, FIFA partners, and national nonprofits — where I help define both what stories are told and how they are delivered, consistently and meaningfully.
How I approach strategy
I work with teams, not just tools.
That means:
building systems that scale
balancing creative vision with audience needs
aligning execution with organizational goals
grounding decisions in measurement and insight
I focus as much on why something exists as how it’s made.
